I had a thought about all those kids who sent in their letters, and pictures of their models of Ro-Jaws and Hammerstein. They’re all in the neighborhood of fifty now—the prime Facebook demographic. And you have all or most of their names, right? I’d bet it would be easy to find at least a few of them and set up interviews.
Of course, for all I know, you’ve already done this in the intervening episodes.
There are indeed several active 2000AD Facebook groups! I’m pretty active with The77-2000AD and 2000AD Megaverse, and yeah, stay tuned for more discussion with folks who were readers at the time!
